A 213,859 square foot Casino building with approximately 48,0000 square feet of 1st and 2nd floor office space and 10,500 square feet of mezzanines.  It has a steel roof, concrete & steel floors, cmu walls, and conventional pad footings.  The slab-on-grade is 2'-0" below grade to allow for an access floor system for ventilation.
